PYX - Hemp Company Criticality LLC Earns Good Manufacturing Practice Registration

Criticality, LLC, a North Carolina-based industrial hemp company, is pleased to announce the receipt of its Dietary Ingredient Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) registration from NSF International. The registration demonstrates that certain of the Company’s products are produced in a manufacturing facility that has the proper methods, equipment, facilities and controls in place to produce dietary supplement products.

GMPs are guidelines that provide a system of processes, procedures and documentation to ensure that products and ingredients are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. The GMPs were developed in accordance with regulation on dietary supplement manufacturing, packaging, and distribution. Utilizing GMP guidelines assists companies in developing and maintaining proper controls in their manufacturing process so that products are processed, manufactured and labeled in a consistent manner, and meet quality standards.

Registration is the first step to entering Criticality’s CBD products into NSF’s product certification program and provides Criticality access to use NSF’s highly regarded registration mark on promotional material and advertising.
