• Henkel reported full-year results for fiscal 2023 and while management was quite pleased about the results, they were rather mediocre in my opinion.
• Nevertheless, we see small signs of improvement and management is remaining optimistic about EPS growing at least in the mid-single digits in the years to come.
• The stock remains undervalued and seems like a solid investment.

Henkel AG ( HENKY ) is one of the stocks continuing to struggle and not really participating in the almost worldwide run of asset prices from all-time high to all-time high. That statement might be a slight exaggeration, but since I published my last article about Henkel in November 2023, the stock hasn't moved much and clearly underperformed most stock indices....
