HRTG - Heritage Insurance announces $10M stock buyback plan

Heritage Insurance ( NYSE: HRTG ) on Tuesday announced a new $10M share repurchase plan , which began after prior $25M buyback program expired on December 31.
The new repurchase plan will be in place till December 31, 2023.
Number of shares to be repurchased will be based on Heritage's ( HRTG ) trading windows and available liquidity, general business and market conditions, and other factors.
