PCF - High Income Securities Fund Announces Proxy Voting Policy

High Income Securities Fund (NYSE: PCF) (the “Fund”) today announced that it intends to comply with the proxy voting requirements set forth in Section 12(d)(1)(F) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 by “mirror voting” its proxies for closed-end funds unless the Transitional Investment Committee determines that a vote is important, in which case it will seek proxy voting instructions from the Fund’s shareholders. The Fund will (1) maintain an email list of shareholders that wish to receive each proxy voting instruction form, and (2) post each proxy voting instruction form on the Fund’s website at https://highincomesecuritiesfund.com/.
