HITIF - High Tide upsized bought deal public offering to C$20.2M

High Tide ([[HITIF]]) entered into an amended agreement with ATB Capital Markets and Echelon Wealth Partners, on behalf of underwriters, expanded the size of its earlier announced bought deal public offering.Underwriters have agreed to purchase 2.1M units at $9.6/unit for gross proceeds of $20.16M.Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant wherein warrant will be exercisable to acquire one share for 3 years from offer close at $12.25/warrant.Underwriters granted 30 days option to purchase up to an additional 315K units leading to additional gross proceeds of up to $3.02M.Offer expected to close on May 25.Net proceeds will be used for opening new retail cannabis store locations, completing strategic acquisitions, the repayment of debt, general corporate and working capital purposes.
