HPK - HighPeak Energy plunges after disclosing stock offering

HighPeak Energy ( NASDAQ: HPK ) -12.2% post-market Tuesday after saying it launched a public offering of common shares through Roth Capital Partners; the size of the offering was not disclosed.
HighPeak ( HPK ) expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase additional common shares at the public offering price.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds toward working capital and to enhance near-term liquidity.
