HighPeak Energy ( NASDAQ: HPK ) has priced its underwritten public offering to raise $135.5 million, the company said Wednesday.

The company will offer 12.9 million shares at $10.50 apiece.

The underwriter also has a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,935,000 shares.

The offering is expected to close on July 21, 2023.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and to enhance near-term liquidity.
