HPK - HighPeak Energy proposes $575M senior notes offering

HighPeak Energy ( NASDAQ: HPK ) said Monday it intends to offer $575 million in senior notes due 2028.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay all of the outstanding $475 million principal of its 10.000% senior notes due February 2024 and its 10.625% senior notes due November 2024.
The proceeds will also be used to reduce its outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
The pricing terms of the notes were not disclosed.
