Hillenbrand (NYSE:HI) has announced CFO transition, with current SVP and CFO Kristina Cerniglia stepping down to pursue other professional opportunities. Cerniglia will step down on April 29 after eight years as CFO of Hillenbrand. The industrial company has appointed Robert VanHimbergen as its new CFO. VanHimbergen, former Vice President and Corporate Controller at Johnson Controls, will join the firm as Executive Vice President, Finance on March 14, 2022 and take up the CFO position on Apr. 30.
