HTH - Hilltop board authorizes increase in share repurchase program

Hilltop (NYSE:HTH) during Q3 paid ~$74M to repurchase 2.24M shares at a weighted average price of $33.06/share post its 2021 stock repurchase program. The board authorized an increase to amount of common stock that Hilltop may repurchase under the aforementioned stock repurchase program to $200M, an increase of $50M. Led by 2021 share repurchases and post increases, Hilltop has ~$76M of available share repurchase capacity through expiration of the stock repurchase program in January 2022.
