HTH - Hilltop Holdings commences to repurchase up to $350M of common stock

Hilltop Holdings (HTH) commenced a modified “Dutch auction” tender offer to purchase up to $350M of its common stock at a price per share not less than $18.25 and not greater than $21.00 using available cash on hand.The offer will expire on October 30, 2020, unless extended or terminated. If the tender offer is fully subscribed, the company will purchase between 16,666,666 shares and 19,178,082 shares, or between 18.5% and 21.3%, respectively, of the Company’s outstanding Common Stock.
