HRT - HireRight acquires Argentina-based Inquiro Vitae

• HireRight ( NYSE: HRT ) on Tuesday has acquired Argentina-based Inquiro Vitae, a background screening provider, allowing more targeted local support for its customers hiring not only in Argentina, but across Latin America.
• On heels of the launch of its Mexico subsidiary in 2021, the addition is part of HireRight’s continued investment and growth strategy in Latin America.
• The move will enable the company to extend its background screening services to local small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
• Additionally, with its new local operating entity, HireRight will be able to invoice its customers in local currency – the Argentine Peso – a major benefit for global customers with a presence in Argentina.
