Histogen (HSTO) priced a public offering of 14M shares along with accompanying warrants at an effective public offering price of $1.00/share.Warrants have an exercise price of $1.00/share, are immediately exercisable, and expire five years following issuance date.Gross proceeds are expected to be $14M; net proceeds to be used general corporate purposes, which may include continued development of products for our CCM, hECM and HSC programs, further research and development, capital expenditures and general and administrative expenses.Offering is expected to close on or about Jan.5, 2021.Shares down 23.1% premarket.
