Histogenics Corporation (NASDAQ:HSGX) and privately held Ocugen have agreed to merge in an all-stock deal after which Ocugen shareholders will own ~90% of the combined company and Histogenics stockholders ~10%. The combined company will do business as Ocugen, Inc.
