HCHDF - Hochschild Mining CEO Bustamante to depart succeeded by COO Landin

Hochschild Mining ( OTCQX:HCHDF ) ( OTCPK:HCHDY ) said Tuesday that CEO Ignacio Bustamante will step down on August 26, with COO Eduardo Landin taking over as the new CEO.

Bustamante, who joined Hochschild ( OTCQX:HCHDF ) ( OTCPK:HCHDY ) in 1992 and has served as CEO since 2010, will depart in order to lead the base metals division of private capital provider Appian Capital Advisory.

Hochschild ( OTCQX:HCHDF ) ( OTCPK:HCHDY ) said Bustamante will continue to serve the board as non-executive director and represent the company's largest shareholder, Pelham Investment Corporation.
