HEP - Holly Energy Partners to raise $400M in a private placement

Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:HEP) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Holly Energy Finance Corp. to offer $400M of senior unsecured notes due 2027 in a private placement. Interest on notes will be payable semi-annually in arrears. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds to partially repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit agreement.
