The firm says that the women's health and diagnostics player is poised for future tuck-in acquisitions, funded with profits from its COVID-19 diagnostic testing, in areas such as point-of-care diagnostics and breast health. In addition, recent acquisitions have added more than $100M of revenue which Evercore believes can grow at ~20% compound annual growth rate for the foreseeable future. Waters upgraded to outperform on CEO turnaround  Evercore is also boosting shares of Waters Corp. ([[WAT]] +1.2%) to outperform and lifting its price target to $400 from $315 (~13% upside).
