Honeywell (HON) agrees to sell its performance and lifestyle footwear business to Rocky Brands (RCKY) for ~$230M.Honeywell says it will divest five brands it considers non-core to its business: The Original Muck Boot Company, XTRATUF fishing boots and deck shoes, Ranger, NEOS overshoes and Servus protective rubber boots.Honeywell says the sale will not impact its financial guidance.
