• Horizon Bancorp ( NASDAQ: HBNC ) said Friday it got a letter from Nasdaq indicating that the company is not in compliance with a certain listing rule for not filing its annual report on form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022.
• The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the company's common stock on the Nasdaq.
• The company has 60 days within which to submit a plan showing how it intends to regain compliance.
• The company intends to file its 2022 Form 10-K as soon as possible, and thereafter, believes it will be in compliance with all of the Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
• The company does not expect to report any material changes to its financial results previously reported in the earnings release.
