Horizon Technology Finance Corp ( NASDAQ: HRZN ) on Tuesday announced a proposed common stock offering of up 3.25M shares.
HRZN stock fell 6.6% to $12.40 after hours.
"The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay its outstanding debt borrowed under its revolving credit facility provided by KeyBank National Association," HRZN said in a statement .
