A major resignation in the financial space dominated headlines in Monday's pre-market period. Door and window maker JELD-WEN Holding (NYSE:JELD) also slipped before the bell, hurt by unimpressive revenue growth. Looking at some of the morning's best performers, Harley-Davidson (NYSE:HOG) saw strength following a trade deal between the U.S. and the EU that will reduce tariffs for the company's motorcycles.
