Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) came under pressure in Friday's midday action, losing ground after an analyst warned of a near-term risk to the company's financial results. Looking at some other intraday losers, Pearson (NYSE:PSO) plunged on signs of weakness in its higher education unit. Meanwhile, Turquoise Hill (NYSE:TRQ) plummeted after the company was forced to increase its cost estimate for a Mongolian mine by more than $1B. Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) was another big name inspiring chatter during intraday action. Shares rose after the Wall Street bank announced better-than-expected quarterly results. FuboTV (NYSE:FUBO) also ticked higher during the session, helped by a marketing partnership with NASCAR. Decliners Facebook (FB) edged lower in midday trading, dragged down by a bearish analyst note.
