BRZE - Hot Stocks: Casino rebound; JBL sets high; BRZE CGNT earnings; ALDX misses in clinical trial
Stocks rallied Tuesday, rebounding from recent losses amid a sense that the recent reaction to Omicron had gone too far. Travel and leisure stocks helped lead the recovery, with a beaten-down casino sector in the vanguard. Bally's (NYSE:BALY), Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ:CZR), Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ:PENN) and Golden Entertainment (NASDAQ:GDEN) each posted notable gains. Jabil (NYSE:JBL) also shared in the rally. Boosted by a high-profile recommendation, the stock added to recent gains to set a fresh high. Elsewhere, earnings news gave a lift to Braze (NASDAQ:BRZE). Investors had lost faith in the newly public stock but strong revenue growth allowed shares to jump back above their IPO price. Turning to some of the day's standout decliners, Aldeyra (NASDAQ:ALDX) lost half its value on disappointing clinical trial results.
