Worries about Ukraine and Federal Reserve policy led to an uncertain session on Monday, with the Dow and S&P 500 posting modest losses. The Nasdaq finished the day just below the unchanged mark. While the overall market failed to find significant buying interest, electric vehicle stocks managed to reignite some of the investor excitement they saw last year.
