IDYA - Hot Stocks: ONCS DARE rise on deals to support drug development; IMMR guidance; XBIT declares special dividend

OncoSec (ONCS) rallied on news of a collaboration deal with Merck (MRK). Daré Bioscience (DARE) also gained ground before the bell, thanks to a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Immersion (IMMR) got a pre-market boost on its Q2 guidance. Xbiotech (XBIT) also pushed higher, thanks to the declaration of a special dividend. IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) moved the other direction before the bell, losing ground after it announced a stock offering. OncoSec popped 27% after it announced a deal to team up with Merck. The collaboration agreement centers around a late-stage trial to test a combination of TAVO with Keytruda in cancer patients.
