Hoth Therapeutics (HOTH) has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement in connection with a private placement to institutional investors.The Company expects to receive gross proceeds of ~$5M, not including any proceeds from exercise of warrants. Under the agreement, the investors have agreed to purchase ~2.48M shares and accompanying warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of ~1.24M shares, at a purchase price of $2.02/share and warrant at 0.5/share, at-the-market.Closing date on Jan. 7, 2021.
