HNRC - Houston Natural Resources to acquire Water Treatment for $10M

Houston Natural Resources (OTCPK:HNRC +2.6%) will be acquiring additional wastewater treatment facilities  to continue to develop a network of wastewater treatment facilities. The equipment appraised at  $13M will be part of an increase of $10M in the company's assets. Revenues and EBITDA for 2022 are estimated to be $8.5M and $1M, for 2023 its estimated to be $11M and $1.5M, respectively. The transaction is expected to close during the month of June.
