- HSBC Holdings ( NYSE: HSBC ) declares $0.50/ADS interim dividend .
- Payable Sept. 21; for shareholders of record Aug. 11; ex-div Aug. 10.
- Additionally, the board’s intention is to consider the payment of a special dividend of $0.21/share as a priority use of the proceeds from the sale of our banking business in Canada in the first half of 2024.
