HUSN - Hudson Capital signs new merger agreement with Freight App

Hudson Capital (HUSN +21.3%) entered into a new merger agreement to acquire 100% of Freight App as a direct, wholly owned subsidiary. The company terminated the agreement and plan of merger signed on Oct. 10, 2020 with Fr8App and other parties. Last week, Freight App provided expectation of FY21 revenue to be between $22M and $23M, representing a growth of at least 140% Y/Y.
