HUM - Humana partners with two DME providers for Medicare Advantage members

- Humana ( NYSE: HUM ) said that AdaptHealth and Rotech Healthcare will begin to provide durable medical equipment to its Medicare Advantage ("MA") enrollees starting July 1.
- The insurer added that it hopes that this kind of value-based homecare offering will expand and eventually cover 40% of its MA members by 2025.
- The DME partnership only applies to MA HMO plans. MA PPO, private fee-for-service plans, and the company's Medicaid, commercial or TRICARE businesses are not impacted.
