HMBL - HUMBL announces financing arrangement with Brighton Capital

HUMBL ([[HMBL]] -1.9%) says it has entered into an equity financing agreement with Brighton Capital, which has agreed to purchase up to $50M of HUMBL's common shares at 20% discount.In addition, the company has closed a loan of $3M in cash with Brighton Capital in exchange of convertible promissory note that bears an interest of 10% per annum.
