Thank you, and welcome to Hyatt's first quarter 2024 earnings conference call. Joining me today are Mark Hoplamazian, Hyatt's President and Chief Executive Officer, and Joan Bottarini, Hyatt's Chief Financial Officer.

We are pleased to report that the year is off to a great start, demonstrating high-quality growth across multiple dimensions and expanding fees from all areas of our asset-light business.
