HRNNF - Hydro One prices offering of $750M medium term notes

Hydro One ( OTCPK:HRNNF ) subsidiary has priced an offering of $750M of 4.91% Medium Term Notes, Series 52, due 2028.
Net proceeds from the issuance will be ~$747M. Hydro One expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay and/or prepay maturing long term and short term debt and for general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close on October 27, 2022.
