BLITF - i3 Interactive acquires stakes in Indian poker operations

i3 Interactive (BLITF) closes the transaction to acquire a controlling interest in India-based online poker company. In exchange, i3 Interactive issues 7,859,600 common shares to the former shareholders of B.C. Corp and CEO Chris Neville becomes the sole director and officer of the B.C. India Holding Subsidiary (i3 India Holdings)."This acquisition is a significant step forward in executing on our strategy to identify and pursue growth in strategic markets.
