i3 Interactive (BLITF) enters an agreement whereby the company shall acquire 51% of shareholdings in LivePools for an aggregate of $7.5M.Company shall acquire the majority interest over the course of four tranches.Company has the option to acquire the remaining 49% of shareholdings in LivePools for $7.5M, with the right to exercise the option to acquire the minority mnterest on or before February 1, 2022.Press Release
