IIIV - i3 Verticals announces three acquisitions inducement equity grants

For strengthening its vertical focus, i3 Verticals (IIIV) acquired three southeast based companies for aggregate cash consideration of $19.6M paid at closing.First acquisition is within the company's fast-growing public sector vertical which provides software and services for public safety and law enforcement customers; second acquisition is within healthcare vertical and offers medical billing and other software; final acquisition offers proprietary technology that will augment the company's existing platform across several verticals.Also, the company granted equity awards under its 2020 Acquisition Equity Incentive Plan to the new employees; granted options to purchase 265K shares of the company’s Class A common stock to 45 employees as a material inducement to enter into employment with the company.Stock options have expiry of three years and have an exercise price equal to $25.76.
