Iberdrola (IBDRY) Chairman Ignacio Sanchez Galan is named as a suspect by Spain's national court in a criminal investigation into alleged corporate spying during 2004-17, according to court documents.The Spanish energy utility is being investigated into whether it hired a former police commissioner to spy on executives from other companies.The court decision means Galan and three other Iberdrola executives will be investigated for alleged bribery, breach of privacy and fraud in commercial documents.Iberdrola is "well positioned for growth," and intends to grow the dividend from the current €0.40/share to €0.70 by 2030, Ellsworth Research writes in a bullish analysis published recently on Seeking Alpha.
