ICCM - IceCure Medical rises 9% on $14.5M public offering priced at-the-market
- IceCure Medical ( NASDAQ: ICCM ) said on Tuesday it was publicly offering 8.79M shares priced at-the-market to the public of $1.65 per share.
- ( ICCM ) has risen ~9% before the bell.
- The gross proceeds, which is about $14.5M, will be used to fund the development of single Probe and MultiSense systems, collecting clinical data and adding regulatory approvals in new territories and indications, business development, marketing and selling activities as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
