IDRA - Idera Pharmaceuticals up 22% following insider share purchase

An SEC filing after the closing bell yesterday showed that Chief Operating Officer Daniel Soland bought 50K shares at $1.19/share on June 18. The executive now owns 78,843 shares. Earlier this month, Board Chairman Michael Dougherty bought 85K shares at $1.19 a piece. Idera shares have struggled this year and are down 41% year-to-date. The company's most advanced asset is tilsotilomod in phase 3 for anti-PD-1 refractory advanced melanoma in combination with Bristol-Myers Squibb's Yervoy (ipilimumab).
