IMBI - iMedia Brands prices equity offering at $9.00/share

iMedia Brands (IMBI) has priced its public offering of 4,830,918 common shares,  at a public offering price of $9.00/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$43.5M.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 724,638 shares.All of the securities in the offering are being sold by iMedia Brands.Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions of businesses and assets that are complementary to its operations.Closing date is June 14.Shares down 5.62% after-hours. Yesterday's close was $9.23.Previously (June 9): iMedia Brands under pressure on stock offering proposal.
