(NASDAQ:IBTX), the holding company for Independent Bank, recently named Charles Cartwright, Senior Vice President SBA Business Development Officer. Mr. Cartwright, a 20-plus year financial services veteran, is expected to drive additional growth of the company's Small Business Administration lending programs throughout the state of Colorado.
