BTWN - Indonesia's Traveloka in said in talks go public through Bridgetown SPAC

Indonesia's Traveloka is said to be in advanced discussions to go public through merging with SPAC Bridgetown Holdings Ltd (BTWN).The deal may value the online travel company at $5B and the transaction is likely to include more than $500M PIPE fundraising, according to a Bloomberg report.Bridgetown is backed by billionaires Richard Li and Peter Thiel. Bloomberg reported in February that Travekoka was planning on listing via a SPAC this year. Bridgetown gained 13% in trading in regular hours on Thursday.In October, Bridgetown Holdings upsizes IPO offering by 10%.
