INDXF - Indus Holdings announces the pricing of C$30M unit offering

Indus Holdings ([[INDXF]] -6.2%) prices its public offering of 20M units at C$1.50/unit for the total gross proceeds of C$30M.Each unit will be comprised of one subordinate voting share of the company and one half of a warrant, each exercisable at C$2.20/share.Underwriters' overallotment option is to purchase up to an additional 15% of the units offered. The offering is expected to close on Dec. 21, 2020.As stated earlier, the company intends to use the net proceeds for the development of a cultivation and production facility and working capital and other general corporate purposes.Previously: Indus trims Q4 revenue guidance (Dec. 3)
