ENTG - Infineum to acquire Entegris' pipeline industrial materials business
- Specialty chemicals company Infineum has agreed to acquire Entegris' ( NASDAQ: ENTG ) Pipeline and Industrial Materials (PIM) business.
- Subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
- Part of the company's Specialty Chemicals and Engineered Materials division, Entegris' PIM business includes the Flowchem, Val-Tex, and Sealweld brands and a broad range of drag reducing agents for pipeline operations
