- Infinitum Copper ( TSXV: INFI:CA ) ( OTCQB:INUMF ) on Wednesday announced a private placement to raise C$1.5 million.
- The company expects to raise the funds through the issue of up to 21,428,571 units of the company at C$0.07 per unit.
- Each unit will be comprised of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at C$0.14 apiece for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the offering.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds for ongoing exploration and drilling at its La Adelita project and for general corporate purposes.
