INFI - Infinity Pharma terminates CEO as part of restructuring

The board of Infinity Pharmaceuticals ( NASDAQ: INFI ) has terminated CEO Adelene Perkins as part of a restructuring plan. CMO Robert Ilaria, Jr., was also let go.
The company also said it was reducing its head count by another three positions. In July, the company laid off 21 employees .
Due to severance and restructuring costs, Infinity ( INFI ) will incur a one-time charge of ~$3.9M this quarter.
