INOV - Inovalon Holdings gains on report of Nordic Capital takeover talks

A final deal for the health-care technology hasn't been agreed to and talks may still fall apart, according to a Bloomberg report. Inovalon has a market cap of about $5.1B. In late June BTIG listed Inovalon as one of it 15 top takeover targets.
