We have no position in Inpixon (INPX), a tiny little $3 million market cap company that is not particularly noteworthy in any way except for one. We are writing this because we saw something we think is pretty ridiculous, and we like to call-out ridiculous things.

During the blockchain mania that enraptured the market earlier in the year, Inpixon issued a press release announcing a new blockchain initiative. This alone would be a fairly mundane revelation given the number of similar stories at the time, but in Inpixon’s case, there was one
