INPX - Inpixon prices $20M direct stock offering

Inpixon ([[INPX]] -3.8%) announces direct offering of its 9,950,250 shares and the accompanying warrants, at a combined price of $2.01/unit.The warrants, exercisable immediately, have an exercise price of $2.01/share and will expire in 5 years following the date of issuance. The company says gross ross proceeds will be ~$20M, which is to be used for future acquisitions or other strategic growth-driven activities.Offering is expected to close on Feb. 18, 2021.Previously (Feb. 12): Inpixon slumps 15% on pricing $30M direct offering
