INPX - Inpixon slumps 15% on pricing $30M direct offering

Indoor Intelligence company, Inpixon (INPX) enters purchase agreement for 15M shares and warrants at a price of $2.00 per share. The warrants have an exercise price of $2.00 per share, are exercisable immediately, and will expire five years following the date of issuance. Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$30M.The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about February 17.Press Release
